The TPMS malfunction indicator will illuminate

with the Tire Pressure Monitoring
System. This sequence will continue
upon subsequent vehicle start-ups as
long as the malfunction exists.
If the indicator remains illuminated or illuminates even after TPMS setting, have the system checked by a professional workshop. Kia recommends to visit an authorized Kia dealer/service partner.

Repair procedures Removal 1.Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal. 2.Remove the rear combination lamp (A) after loosening the screws. 3.Remove the rear combination lamp packing (A). 4.Disconnect the rear combination lamp connector (A).
Repair procedures Replacement 1.Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal. 2.Remove the heater unit. (Refer to Heater - "Heater Unit") 3.Remove the heater core cover (A) after loosening the mounting screws. 4.Pull out the heater core (A) from the heater unit.
